Located a stone's throw from Texas Tech University, Tech Village is part of a growing city made up of high tech jobs, strong employment, and growing wages.
The previous owner was an individual real estate investor from out of state who never did much with the property. There was no professional property management in place or any sense of operational organization. Despite being in great physical condition, the property was clearly worth more than the owner had thought and another example of an investor not truly knowing the value of his properties.
In our preliminary assessments, it became clear the proper was under valued and only necessitated the installation of professional property management.
